Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Biometrics Analyst to monitor and analyze domestic and worldwide biometric collection trends to assess the impact on operational travel and activities. The position involves end-to-end system assessments; the analyst will use open- and non-traditional data sources to ascertain information, drive collection requirements where information gaps remain, and make risk recommendations based on the available information. The analyst is expected to have an understanding of biometric system design, data sharing agreements (and their limitations), and human factors. The analyst will liaise with Law Enforcement elements and advise on strategies most suitable for their missions. The analyst will be asked to develop and present training materials and to brief senior leadership. The analyst will be expected to monitor open-source material to alert on new biometric deployments and to assess their risk to the Law Enforcement enterprise.

- The ability to work independently and professionally interact with clients
- Experience creating and presenting materials

Role Location: Range of starting pay for role
California: $90,700 – $147,100
Colorado: $90,700 – $127,100
New York City: $105,000 – $147,100
Washington: $96,600 – $135,200
